Mary specializes in working with women who are either facing a major life transition or they’re wanting to make changes so they can live their life by choice rather than by default. She helps them to manage the overwhelm, anxiety, and all other emotions they’re feeling so they can take control, fully embrace the changes, and move confidently towards the next…more fulfilling…chapter.
She’s an expert in the area of life transitions and has over 30 years’ experience working in a variety of settings as a Clinical Social Worker, Mental Health Program Director, and Professional Coach. Over her lengthy career, she’s helped hundreds of clients overcome tremendous challenges and take the necessary actions to create more meaningful and satisfying lives.
Mary’s also a Professional Speaker and Author who has inspired women throughout the country through her keynote presentations, customized workshops, and her book, “Embracing Change: How to Face Your Fears and Start Taking Action.” She’s a dynamic and engaging speaker who has an innate ability to connect deeply with everyone she meets.
She is a graduate of Coach Training Alliance, and CDC Divorce Coach Training. Mary also holds a Master of Social Work degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and a BS in Psychology from The University of Mary Washington.
