Relationship Transitions
As with life, relationships are always evolving. Sometimes they evolve in a positive direction, other times not. Even those in long-term and satisfying relationships, admit there were challenges along the way, periods of time that were less than fulfilling. I coach my clients to build strong relationships by focusing on two areas: the internal factors – how your thinking is impacting your emotions and behaviors; and the external factors – the people and practices in your life that are either helping or holding you back. From there, we set goals and create an action plan to address your greatest areas of concern.
